SME Business Support Fund (BSF) is a company owned by the Ministry of Finance. BSF is a non profit organization created to assist both the SMEs and the Business development services Providers (BDSP's).
The objectives of the BSF are to assist in the improvement of the competitiveness of SMEs and to enhance the revenue-generating capacity and profitability of emerging businesses. The BSF provides matching grants to SME's to stimulate the use of business support services.
